All orders are shipped directly from South Korea, the home of HOZI.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with an additional 2–3 days for custom-made items. Orders placed during weekends or Korean public holidays may take longer.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Delivery times are calculated from dispatch and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier conditions or public holidays.

Some destinations, including countries in the GCC, Africa and the EU, may only be eligible for Express delivery. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

While orders to certain countries, including the UK and UAE, are generally delivered without additional customs charges, import duties or taxes may apply in some countries. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return-related costs may apply. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
