Delivery

All products are dispatched from South Korea.


Processing Time

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

  • For custom-made products, please note that additional production time of 2–3 business days may be required.

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During major Korean holidays (e.g. Lunar New Year, Chuseok) or busy periods, processing may take an additional 1–5 business days.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


Delivery Rates & Times

Standard Delivery (EMS)

  • Rates:

    • United Kingdom – £19 (flat rate)

    • Eurozone countries – €22 (flat rate)

    • Other countries – The equivalent amount of £19 will be settled in the local currency of the respective country. 
  • Estimated delivery time: 4–6 business days from dispatch (excluding customs delays and carrier internal issues)

Due to local circumstances, EMS delivery may not be available in certain countries (excluding the UK). In such cases, shipping will be replaced with "EMS Premium" – €38 (flat rate).
Available shipping options can be checked after entering the delivery address.

Express Delivery (FedEx)

  • Rates: 

    • United Kingdom – £70 (flat rate)

    • Eurozone countries – €80 (flat rate)

    • Other countries – The equivalent amount of £70 will be settled in the local currency of the respective country.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days from dispatch (excluding customs delays and carrier internal issues)


Customs & Import Duties

In the event that customs duties or import taxes are incurred, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs duties or taxes are refused and the order is returned, a refund will be issued for the product price only, excluding delivery fees.
Duties and taxes may also be collected upon delivery if not prepaid.

Please note that most UK orders are delivered smoothly without additional customs charges.
