How to Use Your Store Credit

If you've received store credit from Hozi, here’s how to use it on your next order:

1. Log In to Your Account

• Click the account icon in the top right corner of our website
• Enter the email address you used when placing your original order
• You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email — enter it to log in securely
• Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your order history and any available store credit

2. Shop & Apply Credit

• Add your items to the cart
• Proceed to checkout
• Your store credit will either be automatically applied or appear as a gift card or credit option
