From the way each panel wraps naturally around the body to the placement and angle of every connecting strap, each element has been carefully considered as part of one cohesive form.

Rather than appearing as separate components, the structure comes together naturally on your dog’s body — creating a refined balance between form, function, and movement.

03. An H-Structure Crafted for Comfort

Built around an H-shaped structure, the Artisan Harness supports the neck and chest independently while settling naturally with your dog’s movement.

Separate adjustment at the neck and chest allows the harness to be tailored to your dog’s individual body shape — ensuring a secure and comfortable fit.

04. Thoughtful Where It Touches

Breathable air mesh lines the inner surface that rests against the body, helping reduce the build-up of heat and moisture during extended wear.

Areas subject to repeated movement, including the neck and chest, are designed to prevent firm webbing from coming into direct contact with the body, while broad contact surfaces and softly finished edges provide a gentler feel against the skin.

05. Protective Buckle Guard

A protective layer is thoughtfully placed beneath the metal buckle to minimise direct contact with the coat or skin.

A small detail, but one we considered essential for a harness designed to combine refined craftsmanship with everyday comfort.

Natural Cowhide Suede

Naturally soft with a fine, tactile surface, genuine cowhide suede develops subtle variations in texture through time and use. Rather than diminishing its appearance, these changes give each piece its own individual artisan character.

Genuine Leather

Selected to age naturally alongside the suede, genuine leather adds structure and depth to the design. As both natural materials evolve through use, they develop a richer and increasingly harmonious finish.

High-Durability Webbing

Crafted from durable webbing that provides reliable strength and stability, helping maintain the structure of the harness while supporting your dog comfortably through everyday movement.

Refined Metal Hardware

From weight and finish to positioning, every metal component has been carefully considered to complement the structure and overall balance of the Artisan Harness — combining lasting durability with refined design integrity.

Breathable Air Mesh

From the surface that meets the body to the innermost layer, airflow and ventilation have been considered throughout the design. Breathable air mesh creates a softer, more comfortable inner surface while helping reduce the build-up of heat and moisture.

01. Natural Colour Transfer

Due to the natural characteristics of suede, exposure to water or moisture may cause colour fading or colour transfer. Please avoid use on rainy days or during water activities.

02. Natural Surface Variation

Due to the soft, natural surface of suede, localised pressure marks, variations in the grain, or light signs of friction may naturally occur. These are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

The Artisan Harness is not designed for mass production. Each piece requires considerably more time, care, and attention to produce than our other HOZI products.

Once available stock has sold out, dispatch may take longer as every harness is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We recommend placing your order with sufficient time in mind.
